Looe lies on the South Coast of South East Cornwall just across the River Tamar.

Looe has been a fishing and seafaring port for centuries. Looe has two rivers which create a tidal harbour. The harbour separates quiet West Looe from the busy waterfront of East Looe and its white sandy beach. West Looe and East Looe are linked via a Victorian seven span bridge, alternatively you can take the ferry across the estuary.

Looe still boasts to be Cornwall's second most important fishing port. Here you'll always find colour trawlers and fishermen off loading their daily catch. Enjoy the hustle and bustle of the fish markets held at East Looe's quayside market.

Looe is a traditional Cornish town with its pretty narrow winding streets. There can be nothing more relaxing than taking a stroll and browsing through the many gift shops that Looe has to offer.
